All sales are final once payment is submitted.
Your payment reserves my professional time specifically for you. You are paying for the time reserved for your appointment and the service provided, not for a particular prediction, message, answer, or outcome.
Except for the 5-Minute Connection Guarantee explained below, there are no refunds for any reason.
I want you to feel comfortable with your reading.
If you genuinely feel that we are not connecting, you may stop the reading within the first five (5) minutes of the actual reading and request a refund.
You must make the request before the first five minutes of the reading have ended.
If you choose to continue beyond the first five minutes, you are accepting the reading and the session becomes completely non-refundable.
A refund will not be issued after the five-minute period because you did not hear the information you hoped to hear, disagreed with information provided, did not receive a particular message or prediction, or were otherwise dissatisfied with the content of the reading.
I understand that sometimes plans change.
You may reschedule your appointment one (1) time as long as you provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.
If you cannot attend your appointment and do not meet these requirements, a new appointment and payment will be required.
Your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled ending time so that other clients are not affected. The full appointment fee remains due and the unused portion of your appointment will not be refunded.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling. A new appointment and payment will be required to book another session.
Psychic and mediumship readings are intuitive and spiritual services. No particular result, prediction, message, connection, or outcome can be guaranteed.
Although I always strive to provide the best reading possible, I cannot guarantee that a particular loved one will communicate, that particular information will come through, or that future events will occur exactly as discussed.
You are purchasing my professional time and the reading itself—not a guaranteed result.

By submitting payment and completing your booking, you acknowledge that you agreed to these policies before your appointment was scheduled.
If you have a concern regarding your payment or appointment, please contact me directly so that the matter can be reviewed according to these policies before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
